be question or three that you have. Well, I've listed some of the more common,
frequently asked questions. I hope they answer your particular question, but if
they don't then please do get in touch with me,
and I'll try my best to answer your question myself. So,
here are some of the frequently expressed concerns expressed by people like you...

it costs $US299 per year. But there are other services you 'may' want to purchase

"SBI! is for newbies, not me."
MY ANSWER... Actually,
I am not a newbie, and I'm a happy SBI! site owner. I've been online since 1998
and I only ever built websites myself, first using Allaire Homesite and then 'upgrading'
to Macromedia Dreamweaver. And, I might add, I've been making a good income from
these websites since 2001, when I decided it beat working for a living. Lol.
Yes,
SBI! is ideal for beginners - the block-by-block site builder is great, for those
with no technical experience - but the SBI! Action Guide consists of a site-building
philosphy ALL can benefit from. I really mean that. (And you can check

there's Brainstorm It! -state-of-the net keyword research tool. All Web Pros know
the importance of keyword research. Then there's the Analyze It! module that tells
you about on page search engine optimization, automatically. And Value Exchange

Suffice it to say, SBI! is NOT just for newbies. Oh no. "SBI!

"Is SBI! the best? Do you need to know HTML?
How about finding links - does SBI! help you do that?" 1)
There may well be a 'better' system for making websites than SBI! if what's important
is building websites for the sake of it. But in my humble opinion SBI! is the
best way to build a websites that WORKS, for the average person! That is,
to build a website that a) you enjoy building (in the long term) b) your site
visitors love visiting and c) earns you a regular income from a variety of sources. 2)
No, SBI! does not require any knowledge of HTML. It was designed in the
first
place for absolute beginners in mind. However, knowledge of HTML will
help
you, for sure, but you don't need it. (Beginners build their sites using
Block
Builder - where you add paragraphs, and images one block at a time.
It's a
bit clunky, but it works.) 3) Your 3rd question is kind of to do
with market research. The REAL POWER
behind SBI! is the keyword research tool
(aka market research) called Brainstorm
It!.
SBI!'s Brainstorm It! tool will create a huge keyword list based on your
interests,
which you then 'prune' based on site supply versus demand -
Brainstorm It!
literally suggest the pages that you will build, and the keywords
that you'll
use. As part of that research, you'll find many popular websites that already
rank well
for a specific keyword - sites that may well want to link back to
yours! There's also Value
Exchange link exchange program that you can join that
allows you to find
websites to swap links with based on specific keywords. But building
links to your site is not an automatic process. It requires time,
work,
energy, invention etc. Anything that can be automated can be abused,
anyway.
Getting links is a lot of hard work, but SBI! provides a variety of tools
to
make that hard work a bit less hard - all inclusive of the same yearly cost. SBI!
is VERY comprehensive! This is one of its problems, as there really is
an awful
lot to building a website that works. But if you take it step-by-step,
and
follow the Action Guide, you can succeed as many others have done too,
using
SBI!.

"Maybe next month." MY
ANSWER... There
is no time like the present. I started my
second SBI! site in Feb 2008 - a year ago, at time of writing. And in another
year I'm convinced this site will be earning me a 4-figure monthly income for
me. Obviously, I need to do a lot of hard work between then and now, but I'm more
than half-way there. And many SBIers start earning a decent income in less than
a year. So here's
a question for the procastinator in all of us: What did you achieve in the last
two years and what would you like to achieve in the next two? One
of the things I really like about SBI! is that it's great at getting you to focus.
So that means you stop wasting your time on all those social networking sites
that make you feel 'busy' but earn you $$$nothing, and you stop chasing the latest
and greatest internet marketing whizz-bang 'solution'. Instead, following the
SBI! Action Guide, step-by-step and day-by-day gives you a real sense of achievement,
as your site - about a subject you're interested in, remember - comes one step
nearer to being a source of regular income for you. And
even when you can feel yourself procrastinating - because the temptation to put
things off never goes away, for any of us - you share this experience with the
excellent SBI private members forum, and others tell you how they overcame their
own particular 'blocks'. Of
course if you really don't have time, then you could always get someone else to

"You can't create your own
look and feel, do JavaScript, etc. etc. etc." MY
ANSWER... You're
right in that there are some techie things that you can't do - e.g. run Perl/CGI
programs - but SBI! websites can be designed how they want, if you have the design
skills. (I build my sites using Dreamweaver.) And you don't need to use Per/CGI
programs - as you'll see if you take a look at this SBI!

Pros often have trouble getting their head around a service that seems to offer
so much, for so little. Still,
I consider myself a Web Pro - someone that has earned an income online since 2001.
Yes, there are other ways you can succeed online, but SBI! is the easiest, step-by-step
way I know. Easy being the operative word, as a lot of hard work is involved with
any success online - but even cynical Web Pros know that! ;-)

SBI! does almost sound too good to be true, I admit. And you are right to be concerned.
But SBI! is no hoax! SBI! sites do succeed. And you only have to look at this

case studies. (How often do you get to check out real-life case studies?)

you simply have not got the time to build your own SBI! site - and it will
take time - then that's no problem. You can hire an SBI!
Certified Webmaster* to create your SBI! site for you. This person will be
an SBI! specialist - someone who has already created successful, profitable sites
for themselves. You

AND WHAT ABOUT SBI! 'UPSELLS'?

I will not have to purchase any other services unless, of course, I just want
to." MY ANSWER... This is a great question. The prospect
of "upsells" - having to buy something else to get the thing to work
- etc. is not a pleasant one, and that is how many internet marketing products/services
seem to work these days. Basically you do not need to buy anything else
if you don't want to. I've owned an SBI! site since 2001 and only ever paid $US299
per year. However, there are some options you may want to consider purchasing,
and I'll list those now: 1. Content
2.0 costs US$99 per year (now free!)
The Content 2.0 (C2) module allows your site to have web 2.0 functionality; i.e.
it lets site visitors contribute content to your website like MySpace, Facebook
or even YouTube comments, and other visitors can comment on the comments etc. I
don't use this module yet, but I will do very soon. It's not necessary to buy
it, though!
2. The "Do It For Me" service - SBI!
coaching - 1 hour costs US$69 This service is fairly new and costs are
reasonable, but I have not (and probably WILL NOT use this service). I think they
fill in the gaps of the SBI! Action Guide process that you're getting stuck with. 3.
The "Show Me" service - SBI! Coaching - 1 hour costs US$99
This is more like a bespoke help where you take advantage of another SBI-user's
expertise. I've heard good reports of this service - 10 minute phone calls proving
to be invaluable (the service is charged by the minute, I believe). Again,
I will PROBABLY NEVER use this service. Neither of the above coaching services
are necessary. They are just an
option to take should you need to - if time
is more of an issue than money. 4. SiteSell
Services - SBI! Build Site For You! - US$1599 + $29.99 monthly
Sitesell build your SBI! site for you. This is not necessary but could be a good
approach to take and is DEFINITELY better than getting some other webmaster to
build your site. NOTES:
(1) for
Sitesell Services, these costs are not extra, they are the
total costs (and include your SBI! purchase of $299) (2) None of
the services listed above are necessary purchases; they are options to take should
you wish to do so (though Content 2.0 is a highly recommended purchase, I will

to say that I am a fan of SBI!, and I'm also an experienced site builder
but I do know beginners love SBI! too. But I would say SBI! is not for everyone,
for a variety of reasons that include being impatient for success, not being able
to follow precise instructions, not liking the way SBI! does things technically...
